four). Only passing the inspection by workshop foreman, and then commence with mass creation.

2. Mass Production Following Fir EPT Article Inspection
1).Following the fir EPT post accredited by operator and workshop foreman, and then start off with mass generation.
2). During mass creation, the operator needs to inspect the threads each ten pieces, and evaluate the sizes every single fifteen parts. When any fittings of threads and proportions out of the specs, all this batch of fittings will be inspected comple tel: +86~13 0571 88828y.
3). The experienced fittings will be fitly put in a plastic box piece by piece.
four). Finally, the finished fittings will be transported to inspection division for last inspection.

3. Closing Inspection
1). Appearance: a hundred% inspection under powerful light-weight. No scratch, No burr.
2). Key dimensions and angles: 15-20% randomly inspection by callipers and contracer. Once any dimensions and angles of fittings out of specs or isn’t going to respect to drawings, this batch of fittings will be forced to return back again to creation workshop to enhance or make a new replacement.
three).Threads: fifteen-twenty% randomly inspection by appropriate gages. When any threads out of specs or isn’t going to respect to drawings, this batch of fittings will be compelled to return again to manufacturing workshop to increase or make a new alternative.

six. After Provider:
When customers have any complaints about our goods,  we will get a fast action.
We can 100% make a new substitution for cost-free when the consumer has a criticism about our merchandise.

Q: Are you a investing business or producer?
A: We are a 100% manufacturer, primary merchandise include stainless metal hydraulic hose fittings and stainless steel hydraulic adapters.

Q: Do you have inventory?
A: Currently we produced to order, but we do have some stocks for typical type raw materials. So we can make a fast action for some urgent orders.

Q: Do you have a MOQ request?
A: Normally our MOQ is two hundred items. But for some bigger sizes, 50 or 100 items is also acceptable for the fir EPT buy.

Q: How about your payment method?
A: 30% deposit in progress, the stability payment once more EPT the duplicate of Bill of lading. Of training course, I think everything is negotiable.
